fortinetのブラックリストに載っているIPの解除申請方法

・上記にて、ブロックされているipを入力し、SEARCHボタンをクリック
・ブラックリストに載っていることを確認。

・チェックボックスをクリックして、解除要求を入力し、送信
　Please, remove ip "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" from blacklist

翌日などに、下記のメールが届く（早ければ１時間程度で届くことも）
